Re: The Scottish Trip.
It looks an absolutely brilliant trip! Must try to get our branch to organise one. I would also like to go on a plant hunting trip, don't know if I can convince the branch of that one.

Re: Mysterious aeoniums
Dot, I would agree with you that this Aeonium is nobile. It looks like the description of nobile, a single stemless large rosette. The leaves are keeled and the red edging looks quite distinctive.

Re: Mysterious aeoniums
Brian,I have only just seen your Aeonium. It looks to me like Aeonium Haworthii, as they grow into a compact multi-headed plant. The other possiblity is Aeonium Gomerense, as this has greeish white petals as your plant seems to have.

Re: Delosperma sp
Even if seeds do not germinate straight away, it is worth hanging on to them for another year. The only problem is space.

Got mine today too. I was really pleased to see Trevour's photo on the cover, a good tribute to a great thread. Then inside to read the article by Marlon. It has put the Forum on the map, hope lots more people come and look at us!

Re: pictures at last
Great pictures and plenty of seedlings in that bay window and spare room. Do you have big plants in your house as well? I think you need to think about a greenhouse, especially when all those seedlings grow

You sound quite excited about this project! Perhaps you could tell us how you get on. It will be interesting to see if you can prove the 'bin them' brigade wrong.

Re: Crassula ID please!
Dear Maria, It looks a bit like Crassula Anomala, the flowers certainly do. Can you give us a brief description? Does it have long stems, how big are the leaves, what size is it?
