I recently sowed some seed of Copiapoa baderi nn, however I can't find any reference to it The Cactus File Copiapoa Handbook or online other than the website I purchased the seed from (Succseed). Any Copiapoa fans have any idea which species it truly is?

Hi I sowed some Lobivia famatimensis FR459 seeds about a month ago with good germination however over the last few days I've had problems with slime algae growing on the surface of the compost. Is this harmful to the seedlings and if so is there any treatment?

Thanks Ali. I have been told all the shrubby Fouquieria look the same so I can understand why its difficult at this small size.
