Hawothia hybrid by Joyce Cocozza I D please

Hi all, I have a very nice plant, but all that,s legible on label is CC. It's such a nice J Cocozza plant, I assume other growers also have it and may be able to ID it, but it may be a long shot too.

Re: Rooting Yavia ex graft

Thank,s for the info C. What do you think of my chances of de grafting this plant. I am more interested in getting normal pups than striking the mother plant. Cheers

Re: Tylecodon identity

Yes, l agree with Apicra, easy to grow, as long as we know it's a Winter grower. Cuttings are also quite easy to strike when done at correct time of year. Cheers

Re: Rooting Yavia ex graft

Hi C, interesting indeed. My plant ( bcss offering) decided to go cristate. I don,t like it. It flowered annually before it changed, but no flowers in the many. years since. If I knew it would pup normal plants after degafting, I would certainly give it the chop. I just wonder. Cheers. ps, well done...

Re: Big-flowered Copiapoa

Here is my old Cop. taltalensis around thirty year old, and confined to its pot as I have no room for if I re potted it. The base does not look tatty in my opinion, but it's no show plant for sure lol. Cheers

Re: Winter growers

I do Terry, I also marvel at these S African plants trying to do their best in UK conditions so far from home, and being successful at it too. Cheers

Winter growers

Is it prudent to give some little water to Winter growers in a hot period. I do no want to lose any roots on these plants. Cheers

Re: When label doesn't help much...

Hi Smel, I think you are right, Rene,s label writing compares with the lettering you have shown. Cheers
