Pleased to say they survived a thunderstorm unscathed. And I hadn't even got round to staking them. Aeoniums sometimes, for no reason I can work out, go narrow and dry up. The upper stem usually starts growing roots, if that happens cut the stem below the roots, it will probably be dry then pot up. Most, possibly all, Aeoniums will die or be damaged by frost, so the simple answer is after the last frost. Begs the question, how do you know which one is the last one?
