I had some hail in June in 2011. I had to shelter in my greenhouse for quite a while. Even then big bits of hail flew into my greenhouse.

Is that artificial grass?

Are you talking about individual flowers, or are you talking about the flowering range of an individual plant from the first to the last flower?

My Strombocactus disciformis flowers for a few weeks. I think its individual flower lasts for at least a week. I never timed them, though...

It definately looks like a mesems seedling.
And I think this could still well be Lithops. They will turn to a sphere soon enough.

It's planted in a risky big pot, though. I would use a pot size 1/4th of this one, I think.

Whenever you are happy with the germination rate, expecting nothing more to germinate. And / or when algae is taking over the pots.
