Re-awakening old post. I’m confident now that this is due to Brevipalpus sps mites. I’ve seen the nasty little beasties crawling around. Had to use a Jewellers loupe to see - using 30x or 60x. Seems odd that such tiny insignificant arachnids can cause such a lot of physical problem. I’m wondering if...

This was one of my first plants I bought 12 months ago - when I just started out. Now she has over 200 siblings! Surprised and please they the flowers have a faint Lilly fragrance

If that's E. triglochidiatus, I had a real wait. I grew one from seed, and it took it about 20 years until it first flowered. But then it was worth it - it was a clump in a 12" pan by then with a good few flowers all open at once. Nice to know. Having sown and had successful germination for a numbe...

Wow! Impressive plants - and amazing photograph. I’m just germinating som Bl. lilliputana seeds. Planted 20. 6 germinating. But so tiny. Fingers crossed.
