Nice plant is it early yo flower ?, now I'm going to question identity, please don't take it wrong. It looks very like Alonsoi or is that normal, I'm no turbinicarpus expert , I only have 5 and 3 of those are Alonsoi

:oops: :lol: :lol: lucky neighbours, not superglue PVA, some plants spines are attached very loosely so it's useful to have.

Use PVA glue and you can stick them back on safely.

Echinocereus do have lovely flowers.
Heres one of Echinocereus lindsayii, love the mad spines on these.

My two plants lost some of there 'nodules', it was after a repot and I think it was a growth spurt as they had been neglected previously, they lost some of the rugged appearance but seems fine.

I had a batch of agave utahensis seed once with terminal variegation, they couldn't make enough chlorophyll- a real shame

Hi it's not too much light, I did read that hybrid ariocarpus seedlings are more prone to variegation so I have my fingers crossed that it is just a 'nice odd bunch' of seed. I had it once with variegated agave utahensis seed but they couldn't survive and get past the first junior leaf stage. These ...

unusual red ariocarpus seedlings

I noticed these seedlings the other month they seem to be staying red, I don't think it's stress and they have been watered.
If they stay like this I may try to graft them, my other ariocarpus seedlings are normal green coloured, any one had a similar experience
