I operate as a business even though I suspect a lot of private sellers probably have a bigger turnover than me. I get charged £123 for a half an hour visit, which is basically to check my paperwork rather than look for pests

I don't have the link but I recall seeing that there is a joint Cites/Phytosanitary certificate in these cases to reduce paperwork

Has anyone else had an experience with a succulent buyer giving a scarcely believable story in order to get a discount? They are ordering Buy it now items but not paying, and keep asking for a new invoice which delays payment date. I'm not sure what thier end game is
