Most shrubby species will root from stem cuttings. I rooted both my a cameronii from stems plonked in compost

Aloidendron ramosissimum from cuttings

How easily is this species propagated from cuttings? Is it a case of let them dry out then plonk them in some soil or do they need a little more attention?
