Unpot it & look at the roots. There may be mealy bug, if so wash off all the soil together with the mealies. Fresh soil with grit, no need for a vastly bigger pot. Brush off dead roots, you can be quite brutal, this is hard to kill. Not sure of the compost you are using, but it requires fair dra...

Jondo do a very good range of grit of different sizes. OK if you can find a supplier locally to pick it up, perhaps an agricultural supplier. Delivery probably triples the price!
