Re: How are your seeds going?
First-time seed grower, sowed my BCSS seed bank seeds 4 weeks ago. I have had at least one seed germinate from Lapidaria margaretae, Mammilaria dixanthocentron v rubrispinus , Copiapoa dealbata v. carrizalensis, Mediolobivia steinmannii v. christinae and Sulcorebutia aranacea HS30. The first two in...

I have about 50 small cacti (Gymno, Mamm, Echinopsis, Rebutia, Copiapoa) on single-glazed win...

Re: Euphorbia?
Obesa x globosa seems a good match, but who knows what else could be mixed in there too. Thanks all, much appreciated!

Re: Euphorbia?
Thanks Rod, it is dawning on me slowly that a half-decent camera is a key part of the succulent grower's kit!

Hi everyone, Just obtained this cheap plant, which I thought looked nice and unusual. The lady at the houseplant plant sale said "I'm not sure what sort of cactus it is". Is it even a cactus? My guess was a Euphorbia, does anyone know a possible species, please? With the usual apologies fo...
