5 Echinopsis oxygona (or possibly hybrid)
6 Echinopsis tubiflora
and the one labelled Echinopsis subdenudata is correctly named.

4 is puzzling me. It's a Notocactus which appears to be between leninghausii and warasii - I wonder if it might be Notocactus claviceps?

This is called black rot, a common problem with stapeliads.

Mine is in "ordinary" cactus compost. I'd just pot them up, keep them in the house, put them in a non-south-facing window, and hopefully they will recover and get going.

The Canary Islands are quite far south. I water my Canarian plants the whole year round.

Mediolobivias are Aylosteras, not Rebutias...

I presume you dont want a list of the Mediolobivias too? - Rausch included those in Lobivia 85. :cool: :grin:
