Tina - I am pretty certain that your second plant isn't Yucca endlichiana. Not even sure it is a yucca, tbh.

I've tried most of the agave-based products. Some more than others :) Agave syrup (=agave nectar) is very, very sweet and almost tasteless. I believe it is a Calandrinia sp, probably grandiflora. Xeric poppies from Chile - high on my 'must try outside' list!

Water with rainwater. The only other tip would be don't ask me for advice as I have killed all the Richea that have come my way in double quick time :)

A Richea species. Without scale it is hard to narrow it down but probably dracophylla or pandanifolia. Most likely dracophylla. Very difficult to keep - well done to whoever got it this far!
