Re: Doug Donaldsons plants
Hello Pete A Thanks for your helpful replies. What you say matches my experiences at cacti auctions but are you talking in general terms. Yes spreadsheets are made up as lots are sold sometimes manually or sometimes on a computer but I have never been to an auction where one can pay at any stage and...

If one is only interested in the earier lots it is going to be difficult to wait until the end of the sale process. From experience of past auctions the payment and collection takes almost as long as...

Bridlington Show - a BIG thank you
Bridlington staged their usual excellent show today. Do hope someone will post some photos. However just before we were about to pack up my plants to go home my back"went". This is a problem I have occasionally especially if I over do it. I really must reaise that at 72 three shows in 8 da...

Re: Sheffield Botanical Gardens-goingback to our roots.
Hello again Dot Thanks for the information. I'm sure you would not be short of entries if your show was open to other BCSS member's entries. The fact you are, I think you said, only a small branch should not affect the entries. Lincoln is only a small branch but has a successful show - in fact last ...
