Just being removed from habitat IMO Suzanne. They maybe get tranfered to a "nursery" where they become legalised, either by a bribe or claiming they've been cultivated, or they may get shipped straight out. I've tried many times to bring this to the attention of various people in SA, including natur...

Adromischus trigynus......a common form in cultivation often misnamed A.maculatus.

Lithops Martin......Lithops. Just one is a Lithops. It's from Ancient Greek meaning stone face and the generic name so no such thing as a Lithop.

So do I water them before seeing growth or wait until......I already see growth on nemorosa so watered those a bit.

Has that growth appeared before you've watered Ian? Did you leave them dry through summer?

No signs of any growth on mine yet but I'm always at least a couple of weeks later with conos so expect these are much the same.
