Hi Eric, I'm sorry but I don't know what is wrong with your plant. However, I have had exactly the same thing happen with E. obesa; in fact, I've had a good number of these over the years and lost them all! Hopefully someone will be able to tell us what is going wrong.

Brian can you give me the dilution you use for the neem? assume you do dilute it? I've not tried it, but it sounds good for Echeverias, which the mealies love!
