Re: Succulent ID please??

Hi Robyn, I think that 1 is a Gasteria, 2 a Haworthia, 3 Aloe aristata, 4 Echeveria pulidonis and 5 possibly a Crassula or a Sedum. They look nice plants, Echeveria pulidonis is one of my favourites, it will offset and grow into a nice clump. No 5 may be leggy because it has not had enough light. Ho...

Re: Chelsea Winners

Many congratulations to Southfields in particular, who have done so much to promote our hobby for many years, as well as selling excellent plants. A richly deserved award. I'm not going to Chelsea this year, but would love to see a photo of their stand.

Croydon Addiscombe Carnival- cancelled

Croydon Branch were due to stage a display and sell plants at the Addiscombe Carnival next Sunday, 27th May. Unfortunately the whole event has been cancelled due to a lack of support. Very enjoyable Eric, Sulcos/Rebutias all seem to be doing very well at present and putting on a good display. I like the E. Compton's Carousel also.

Most enjoyable Chris, it's lovely to see our plants in flower. I especially like the Gymnocactus, mine is looking rather unhappy!

Re: New member in Gloucestershire

Welcome to the Forum Nicola, most people here would agree that we have a very little addictive hobby! I agree with you Rod about your plant, it doesn't really look like damsii, which I have grown for quite some years. Enjoy your plants.

Re: Succulents on TV again

A very interesting item about Surreal Succulents and some lovely plants. I had never heard of them, even though we visit the Penzance area regularly on holiday, as we have family and friends there. We will definitely pay them a visit. Diane mentioned St. Michael's Mount, which is well worth visiting...
