Help just acquired a plant label says Tephrocactus Pulcherimus Incahuasi.
can not find anything about it ,any ideas.

Hi Ivan. I normally cut my offsets off, but you can twist them off. Do not throw the pot away as you will have afew seeds which have just dropped down onto the compost just spray the pot with water now and again and hopefully you should have afew seeds germinate. To stop the offsets from weeping sap...

pachypodium succulentum

I have just been given a large P. Succulentum the branches are very long and get in the way of other plants,
can i trim them back and by how much, they are about 2 foot long at the moment.

They look like offsets to me, is the plant grafted or on own roots?
It will look odd in a few years time.

Your plant is a female, i have several plants of Obesa and Symetrica which i have had for 30 years, i also have quite afew smaller plants which i have grown from my own seed. When i find out which plant is a female i place a coloured label in the pot so that i know which is which, i keep the labels ...
