I could not find which site you are talking about but I found Planet a Huerto and for that website it is just an SSL certificate issue. Any tips on getting this sad guy to retoot? The entire stem dried out but leaves are plump and there is no rot anywhere.

How does anyone get this to stand up straight? I have one growing for three years now and it is around 7 cm tall and has something like 10-12 offsets all around it but is now starting to lean over....

I have been using Pink Sun one and it is really good and high quality. They offer Neem oil and Horticultural soap as well which is a good replacement for SBS Plant invirogator (which is nothing but SLS/soap and foliar feed). The Pink Sun horticultural soap is more superior as it does not contain SLS...
