My advice would be don't do it, not to waste your time, but neither Ralph (I assume) nor I have seen your original complaint letter to the BBC. Presumably there'd be VAT to pay on >£15 purchases (or VAT + duty on expensive purchases) plus the £8 Royal Mail handling fee. All assuming that the seller has labelled the package honestly. All the more reason for taking a drive (or coach trip) and bringing your own home People will always suggest...

My Oreos, probably about 40 years old and survivors of long neglect. The main stem of the larger and thicker obviously set off bending long ago, then thought better of it and recovered.

Agreed. What SHOULD happen. But does this happen? What I am still not sure about is whether folk whose pics turn up sideways see it right or wrong on a preview.
