Re: Tunilla corrugata

I got it from a branch member a few years ago, labelled Tunilla hintonii, not sure of the original source. The picture does give a lighter flower colour than it actually is. You are welcome to a cutting if you want it to compare with your own plant?

Re: rebutioides

Thanks - I will grow on the LF plants and see what they all turn out like, as you say; I agree with an albolanata-like appearance for the fluffy ones.

Re: rebutioides

A look in the pot under the bench with other seedlings from the same packet shows variability too:

rebutioides

Here are a pair of Lobivia haematantha v. rebutiodes I have grown from seed, with FNs LF53 and JO541, respectively:

Re: Different results

Sometimes they do come up like cress without any treatment. In the last decade I've probably bought seed 8-10 times and had a decent crop of seedlings on three occasions, plus a lone seedling on a fourth. I can't claim that I do everything the same every year but I can't see that my inconsistencies...

Re: Different results

Yes, I completely agree with Terry

I can wander from my office into a lab to do this at work - thought the results were worth sharing though.
