The first one might be Gasteria batesiana, which is quite a choice species, if it is. Second one is probably the cultivar ‘Little warty’. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can confirm or otherwise.

It looks happy enough there, maybe needs a bit more time? Mine has quite a few offsets, but doesn’t like as good as yours!

Beautiful weather where I am in the South East, with temps around 23°c today, and hopefully staying warm for the rest of the week. I don’t think they are sciarid maggots, they are usually only a few millimetres long, and translucent. No idea, otherwise, vine weevil maggots are cream and C shaped with a black head, are you sure it isn’t that?
