I did email DEFRA and it is £78 for a licence to import them per consignment, then if you decide to sell excess it is a further fee..... A little bit expensive for a few seeds.

agave mad, Aloe polyphylla is not monocarpic, they flower annually once they are a certain size. Its normally agaves that are like this not Aloe's. Clarke brunt used to have seeds regularly from his plants That is good news Tina. I am sure I read they were monocarpic. LOL well that solves a problem...

I already have a few plants. I have been growing them from seed for the last three years. I am aware they are monocarpic, so wanted to grow them every year. That way I would always have replacements after the oldest ones flower.
