Re: Its June, must be time for Lithops flowers
Happy to say that the Volkii I had from Iann a while back have flowered. I duly pollinated them so looking forward to seeing if I've been successful next year. I'm not the best pollinator in the world so it's always interesting.

Re: Two of these things are not like the others
The plant on the left, and this is where I'm guessing, looks like there is some Pseudotruncatella involved. I'm going to be wrong here I think but the middle plant on the right of the picture is the other interloper. No idea what it is though.

Hotel in Milton Keynes
Morning all. Not sure if this is the right place for this. I remember seeing something here about the Double Tree hotel in Milton Keynes that someone had said they were giving refunds to BCSS members that had booked for the National. I've just rung the hotel only to be told that this is not the case...

Morning Tony.
Thanks for that info. Not surprised at all, need to keep all safe. The only plus is that next year I will have even more pennies to spend on Lithops at Portishead & the National. Take care.

Re: Question about the 2020 National Show
I'm really not sure what contingency plans could be put in place. I'm just hoping it's not cancelled. Thing is we can't close the country down can we. Just think of all the public places:-train stations, bus stations, football stadiums, supermarkets that could be a possible risk. The list is endless...

Re: Seed list
Col. If I could I would love to be more involved but work permits me from doing so. What I would have liked to have happened was to have recieved my journal earlier and not at the end of the month when I stood little, or no as it turns out, chance of getting any seeds. I also saw the pictures that o...

Seed list
I am so disappointed that in all the years I have been ordering seeds from the December edition that this year my bulletin was so long in arriving & me ordering as soon as it did come that my cheque has been returned along with the order stating that nothing I asked for was available. Despite th...

Re: Lithops Rubra in bud
I've got a few Rubra but they chose not to flower at the same time in order for me to pollinate. 1 is in flower now bight the others are only just showing the bud. I can see that I'm going to miss them as off to Nepal on the 2nd of Jan
