Interesting you water it and say keep off the plants I have done the opposite, in that I make an emulsion in warm water (has to be warm or the oil can set solid before it disperses) Add a little liquid soap to help it disperse. I am glad its not just me that got the pics orientation mixed up ! Well no additional snow overnight as was forecast but just started snowing again now, still very cold at around -2 currently. Greenhouse holding at around a min of 4deg :grin: But I guess plants next to the glass may be a bit colder M

So Northern Hampshire we have about 3 inches of snow as of 3pm Thursday afternoon and its just started snowing again. As an alternative lower cost option look at http://www.peritys.co.uk/page2.html I have their 20ft by 50ft been up now for 5 years and still looks like new. Mine are flowering now, it may need a bit more sun during summer if its in the shade

I keep mine at 15 deg C and a little water during winter but they stay in the greenhouse in the propogator

Even in a large pot they are slow I find Mine tends to wake up late in the summer and does not really start to grow until around July then you get a small set of new spines at the top then it stops again in August. I have tried keeping it wetter, dryer etc etc and can not find a combination that get...
