None of mine have ever flowered. However I have rooted leggy offshoots, and even the bits of stalk I trimmed off the cuttings have had baby plants grow on them... in the waste basket! Lucky I spotted them.

That's a lovely photo, you can see the little hairs around the edge of the leaves.
