Have you tried growing hoodia's from seed, they grow quite quick & are easy to grow, I got my seed from doug & vivi rowlands last yr I think.

Hi Ian Did you look at the nasty CHIMAERA he has for sale aswell, thats ugly even by my standards. I can't understand why people make CHIMAERA's they are awful or have I just seen the ugly ones. I read how they make them which seems quite easy but I'm glad we don't see many, perhaps the technique do...

Thats a nice epi flower ,I have micromeris & the seed pods are much more interesting than the flower.

Hi Ian It's a Fockea crispa, the owner got the plant in 1977 so it's nearly prehistoric. The other one is a fockea edulis & the one I left behind was a F.Augustifolia which has flat leaves (I'm tempted to get that one swell). I had to get my eldest son to get it out of the car & carry it to ...

Apparently with the gift aid they can even back claim for a couple of years ( can't remember how many) .
Its a great way for the society to get more funds & doesn't actually cost members anything but a bit of time.
