Not sure you've sown them at the right time. I never sow until early spring.

Also 10 days isn't a particularly long time. If no show after 30 days then maybe then time to worry.

But for me it's just the wrong time of the year.

Yup, as are all my 20 odd Ariocarpi.

The flower looks like a water lily to me.

First flowering of this Ariocarpus fissuratus. Seems a particularly lovely flower.
