Same here! I have tried all sorts to encourage stump but it won't grow! Tops no problem but not the original plant.

Hi Dave,
Lovely pictures but they don't help with the cut! It's got lots of areole wooly bits but as it's only 1 metre, it's too small to flower. At least it shows I have it in the right place as it obviously likes sun. Thanks anyway.

I think they are animals closely related to plants! May be a snail? Surely they should be treasured rather than binned? Cute?

Thinking logically, surely handling these plants would be difficult too. It is not as though you could stuff them in pockets is it? I am assuming these are not small specimens.
