Dear Bruno,
its a nice Form of Pterocactus fischeri. The southern Forms of australis makes more, small, globular Segments.
Thats my opinion! I have seen Plants like yours in the Province of Neuquen, Argentina.

Note:
The correct spelling of the Terminus should be forma fiambalaensis.
The same mistake we have decades ago by the Echinopsis(Lobivia) famatimenesis (Should be call famatimaensis)
