Those prices are usually the result of runaway algorithmic price arbitrage bots. And what you haven't mentioned is that the good old Royal Mail pay the VAT on your behalf then charge you that and an additional fee for the privilege and you get a nasty shock when you go to collect it at the nearest sorting office because they won't deliver it to your door! US and Canadian customs are not the experience to look forward, but UK seems to be the mother of all customs! Is it that bad when a person goes through the customs as well?
