I got a mixed pack of 5 a while ago and grown from seed, one is a decent inch and a half maybe with a good amount of leaves, one has stayed a sort of green curved stem a few millimetres, when do you start to fertilise and which one is preferred?

Can anyone tell me what these are and how to get rid of them.
