Welcome, if possible, photos would really help.
Generally they should be dormant now but if they have warmth, water and light then they can start to try to grow. If yours are inside then the temperature might be high enough to prevent full dormancy.

I have two that are smothered in buds too. I find my larger one comes into flower 2-3 times a year.

Hi all, I'm Daniel and have been growing cacti since I was a schoolboy and my collection has had to take a back seat for some years but recently I've been able to spend more time on it.
