I have a few photos (prints) of the glasshouse at Wythenshawe Park, taken in January 1994 - the only time I visited. I'll try to digitise them over the weekend. Without looking, I think the planting was a fairly unimaginative mix of Agave and large Cereus.

I always felt that the letters page missed something - a reply. In a way, the little short articles take the place of some of the letters.

I'll tell you what though, once they're rooted they don't half grow fast. I'll be starting a thread next week about mine, including some 'before' pics too.

I want to know why I've never had a RSM attack. I've had terrible problems with them on house plants in the conservatory but never on succulents in the gh.
