It's the same plant as Class 32, 2nd just from the other side, so almost certainly not in the wrong class.

Yes - in the sense that the Society has one every month on https://bcss.org.uk/ it'll be in one of the 'featured' tiles. However, I haven't, and nobody else has, started threads in this section each month. There's nothing to stop anybody doing so if they've anything to say about a genus. I can't say...

1% is suitable for use as a mouthwash so 3% isn't going to do you much harm if you splash it on (though I wouldn't want to breathe a mist of it). I can't say whether it's any good at killing mealies.
