Bad luck Andrew (td) ,the wind was fierce here, but amazingly, two greenhouses, trees and fences are unscathed. A house at the other end of the village lost its roof, although it's higher and more open there.

I've never found it a particularly easy plant to grow, I usually lose it before it gets to any size. It's so attractive, but maybe rather under-rated.

That's a very interesting example Stuart. Because Aeoniums are winter growers (I think), I've been giving mine some water, I'll have to think again :???:
