I think they are called Rebutia minuscula.

Thanks Ralph for your post. i immediately checked the Dutch Government's website and it reads that books attract 9% VAT. Handling costs are usually about 5% so that makes it 14% not 25% as I wrote earlier. I am sure the shipping label should mention that books are inside.

Looking at the other copies of the book for sale on line I think you found the cheapest option. Amazon has one of Exotic Plants for $ 89, at Abebooks they start at $ 63, shipping not included. For both options you will have to add 25% VAT as they are shipped from outside of the EU.
