No, sorry, Phil, I don't know. My plant is little yet and on its own roots, so it'll be a year or two yet before I get anything like your show of flowers.

And I guess there you have the dilemma! Is the Journal the medium that attracts novices and junior members to the Society? It obviously could be, but something would have to give if that were so. My personal view is that the Journal isn't the place for this. There might be a case for specific genus ...

yes, slevinii, or albicans ssp albicans, as it is now called according to the New Cactus Lexicon, with fraileana as another subspecies of albicans. It's all change with taxonomy at the moment, last time I looked it was the other way round, albicans and slevinii reduced to synonomy with fraileana. Th...
