plant looks a lot like Aloe ciliaris, but flowers look exactly like orange form of Aloe tenuior, so suspect that is what the plant is, too.

Aloe juvenna hybrid most likely (could be pure species, but doesn't quite look right)… many hybrids made with this as one of the ingredients.
