So pleased this morning have had this plant for 7 years and it is the first time flowering. 10 Flowers. The next picture is a general view of some of the Hildewinteras. will post some more pictures of the Hildewinteras as and when they flower.

The pictures are not great as the sun was fully out but a few Echinopsis flowers out today:-

The second plant is quite an old one I purchased it as a seedling in 2008 I find it likes some limestone chippings in the mix.

Two of my many favourite Echinopsis in flower to day:- The first one is Easter Parade (not sure whether it is late for this year or early for next year)
The second one is Echinopsis Illias the pink colour is more lilac that the photograph.

Ruggero - I haven't noticed a change in any plant after flowering over the years so cannot help on this one.

Thank you Tony, yes the lawns are Colin's job I used to do them but had to give the job up.

These were in flower yesterday a couple of the pictures not too good as it was very sunny unlike today with gale force winds.

Such a dreadful shock. Terry had been a friend of mine since the late 70's and first introduced me to Cacti and Succulents after a talk at a local Gardening Club in Surrey where I used to live. Will miss you Terry. Thoughts go out to Jennifer. R.I.P Terry.
