Re: Rooting an Opuntia Pad

Whatever type of Opuntia it is that's a very nice looking plant. so satisfying as well to know you've raised it from a seed.

Flowering Aloe

Hi thought I would share this flowering Aloe. I actually think it's quite pretty. This is the first time this plant has flowered and I've had the plant about three years now so very pleased. If anyone knows the name of the plant that would be helpful please.

Re: Gymocalycium Horridispinum

Hi Iann to be truthful I only bought it April 2019 and it did not flower last year (must have been the stress of moving house!). This is the first time it has flowered so it remains to be seen. I'm hoping it will because it is truly stunning and the photo doesn't do the flowers justice!

Re: Paper towel method for Haworthia germination

I've received my seeds this week and intend trying this method. Have I read it right that once seed germinated, we place it (complete with its paper) into pots? No need to enclose in a zip lock bag?
Thanks

name these infiltrators!

Can anyone name these infiltrators please? Found one growing when re-potting these Astrophytums and another one in with a Pereskia.

Thank you
