From the shape of the leaves and the flower I would suggest it to be Aloinopsis Rubrolineata. This has triangular cross-section leaves with the white spotting and red-lined flowers.

Mine arrived on Friday morning and my seed order was posted in the afternoon. Can't wait to get sowing them!
