First year overwintering Euphorbia in GH

Hi all, As I head into my first winter with all of my Euphorbias in a greenhouse, as opposed to indoors, does anyone have any advice to give me? Especially Lithos or Tina, if you have any tips that would be welcome. My source on watering and temperatures is Specks' care guide http://www.specks-exoti...

I absolutely love aloes, my favourite succulent genus along with Euphorbia. Your plants are beautiful, keep sharing!

Re: Euphorbia turbiniformis crest

IWhat a brilliant plant Tina, how long have you had it? that's beautiful to me  I do love a good cristate Euphorbia, though cristate succulents, and euphorbs in particular seem to be quite rare. I haven't really seen all that many apart from the 'standard' obesa, flanaganii, enopla, etc. I won...

Re: Taking plants abroad

Seeing as the EU has no internal borders I can't see it being a problem. Nobody could stop you on CITES or phytosanitary grounds as all of the plants are already in the EU, and apart from that I can't think of any other legal issues. It will be a bit cold down there though won't it?

Re: meet the dinosaur

These are the same plants often sold as cv 'godzilla' etc. I think they are massively mutated astrophytums, though that is just a guess =P

Re: Ebay

To be honest it's up to the buyer to make an informed choice, most of the eastern european sellers add ariocarpus, rare bla bla bla to their descriptions because the e-bay search function isn't exactly amazing, so they want their plans to be found by the biggest number of people (which has been succ...
