Re: Anyone grow Dyckia/Hectia?

For me even F. bicolor ssp. canaliculata suffered badly in Dec 2010 and has only just regrown to it's original size. It took me a couple of years to find Ochagavia carnea but I eventually got a ...

Re: Soehrensia formosa

Thank you Phil. Must have been Abbey Brook  :) There's a number on the label as well but suffixed letters so maybe I can track down the full field collection ref.

The colours are fantastic on that plant Jim. There was one a similar one on Ebay that caught my eye recently called Fire Spinner.

Re: Delosperma cooperi

The one I have coming into flower at the moment was a garden centre purchase bought labelled Delosperma cooperi "Table Mountain" form (no flowers as yet on the other Delosperma Cooperi). This differs from (usual) Delosperma cooperi in that the leaves are more spoon shaped than finger shape...

Re: Umbilicus rupestris

It still survives in my garden in the south Pennines from seed kindly sent by MikeT a few years ago. Only had one plant flower and it was tiny compared to plants I've seen in Cornwall but it must have set seed because I keep spotting the unmistakable navel shaped leaves which give the plant it's name.

Re: Aeonium davidbramwellii

Well done Tina  Aeonium seed are a challenge that I've never cracked. Freshness of the seed may be the reason.
