Re: Cactus seedling advice needed

I'd prick those out and put them in the fresh air. The yellow ones are perhaps too far gone, but the others should do better out now.

Re: Cactus Fertiliser comparison

I'm inclined to agree with you, I use their products to grow my giant pumpkin, and I got 2nd place in the UK last year  Which one is it specifically that you use for your cacti? Never mind which one does he use for his cacti. Which one do you use for your giant pumpkins?   ...

Re: Anyone read Japanese ?

I think the name "Jade Peony" is quite apt. It's quite like the colour of Jade, the shape is rather like a peony, and to cap it all, some British guys call these "living rocks" (back to jade again). And Tina, in Japan they use a mix of their own characters, and Chinese characters...

Re: Cactus Fertiliser comparison

You might want to add Ericaceous Miracle Grow to that. It's what I use, and is at least as economical - I add a 500g packet costing £4 to 2000L of water (perhaps more dilute than recommended, but still more than strong enough).

Re: Anyone read Japanese ?

It's Chinese, rather than Japanese. The lower part says "jade peony". The top is hard to read, but is "something king".
