Please help me identify this cactus. It is an austrocactus but which? Is it an A. bertinii or patagonicus?

I'm not sure which species but it looks to be in need of some tender loving care. Perhaps it needs fresh compost and/or some goodness in the form of dilute fertiliser.

Nobby, Norbert Sarnes would be the best one to identify them for you. He is sometimes on the forum so you could PM or email him giving him the link to your post above.
