Hi Emilie
My plant has just started to grow some flowers ( v. small at the moment) so other than producing seed are there any photo's to help 'sex' the plant.

Hi ALain
No D.lavranni is [s]monoecious[/s] Dioecious so only male or female, it's the only Dorstenia like this.
Just reread the CSSA article so you have the right name but the wrong meaning and me too8-).
All other Dorstenia's are monoecious male /female hyphanodia's ( flowers ) on the same plant.

That's Ok ALain
It's why we all want to get a pair but they aren't that common & hybrids are being sold as the real thing.
Maybe we need a dating site for them(:D

Fingers crossed, although I suppose it would be better if you got an unrelated plant for crossing.
My plant is just starting to get it's first offset there are 2 tiny leaves.
Are you in AMerica ?
