Re: South African 'ebay'
Just looked on the Web AnTTun and it seems similar to EBAY, but there may be some more problems in paying than for other countries. This quote is from the following link:-
"South African sellers are unable to receive funds (nor does PayPal offer South African Rands as a currency option) from international buyers, thus making it very difficult for a South African based seller to trade on eBay. bidorbuy has a similar local payment system to eBay’s PayPal called bobPay. bobPay is a payment facility created specifically for bidorbuy sellers enabling them to receive payments made by credit card."
That sounds as if bidorbuy only trades within S. Africa due to S. African currency regulations?

There seems to be an International EBAY, but I presume the restrictions on payments to S. Africa mentioned above may also apply?

Not sure what country you are in AnTTun, but you may have to look up any of your currency and import regulations for S. Africa as well.

I guess, in case I want to buy something there, I'll have to check if that BobPay has ever heard of Croatia

Re: South African 'ebay'
I ordered some seeds from there very recently, and there was no problem paying (just identical to eBay), and Seeds-and-All seemed very helpful as a company. The Boswellia neglecta seeds I bought all turned out to be duff (hollow), but they fell over themselves apologising and refunded the money instantly without problem. They also send first-time buyers free gift seeds, which is a nice gesture. So don't order the B.neglecta, but the customer-service experience was positive: they seem to want people to come back, rather than just to make a fast buck off a single transaction. Just my experience, of course! E

LithopsRule, you used BobPay service to pay or you made it thru PayPal?
