Nothing yet here in the US either...

Review copies are in circulation so it shouldn't be long before they sent out.

Re: Steven Hammer's Mesembs book series
Got a message today:
We have received a number of letters in the past few days enquiring about delivery of Steven Hammer's new Mesembs book. We're relieved to say that the book is now finally in California, and we will receive the shipment on Friday. This means that the books will ship out to you early next week! We want to thank you for your colossal patience during the gestation of this book, and we hope you enjoy it... we think it's beautiful!

My copy just arrived - delivery to work address is a real winner. A quick flick through during my lunch break reveals high quality images and drawings and informative text.
I look forward to a more detailed perusal later.

How is it?
I am still waiting for mine (and others probably too, or we would have read about it here...).

I would have to say that having had a more detailed look at it that aside from the curious linguistics exhibited in some of the text it's very good and I look forward to the next volume. The drawings and photos are very good indeed.

Especially interested in Mesembs. small Aloes and South African miniatures and bulbs.
