I visited Specks again in a trip visiting several German nurseries with a big group. Compared to my visit in March, the greenhouse was as good as empty yesterday.

I did enjoy the visit to Eden Plants and Piltz. Eden has a big greenhouse with many interesting plants for interesting prices. Piltz has a small selling area, but we could also visit the master collection where they harvest seeds for their extensive seed list. I was quite impressed by the 35+ years old seed grown Ariocarpus mother plants! And those were not the only impressive mother plants...
